Bilingual Customer Service Representative

o Daily communication with customers to review and process international and domestic orders
o Proactively market our products and services to potential new customers
o Prepare the appropriate documents for international exports and domestic orders
o Develop and maintain a technical understanding of our product line and actively participate in ongoing in-house training programs
o Assist with responding to technical calls from customers, track and report types of inquiries
o Work with Accounting to help resolve problem accounts
o Receive and transfer incoming sales and customer service calls and ensure timely and effective follow-up of customer returns, credits, and order status requests
o Bilingual with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Spanish and English
o Minimum of two years experience with order entry processing in a manufacturing environment; prior experience as a technical resource a plus
o Team oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
o Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
