Automotive Service Technician (DAVIDSON/MOORESVILLE AREA)

  As an Automotive Technician, you will be expected to provide professional automotive service on every vehicle.
All candidates should have a complete understanding of under-hood mechanics, under carriage systems and be willing to attend training programs when offered.
We require ASE certifications and will pay for the testing fees for all passing certifications.
As Master Technician, you will diagnose and repair automotive systems.
Major activities include:
Assisting (not training) technician mechanics in performing technical activities.
Diagnoses and repairs to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs on an as-required basis.
Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Must maintain an organized and neat bay.
5+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem- solving and repair experience as you mentor and teach associates while discussing problems with customers.
You will also need 7 or more ASE certifications, strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation and energy.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
