This position is one of the main points of contact regarding parts sales for the service department, vendors and inside parts sales reps.
As a Back Warehouse Parts Counterperson handling parts for inside service sales, this position handles customer service, estimates, special orders, deliveries, shipments, inventory and assists other departments as needed.
Successful candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, the capacity to meet the physical demands of the job, as well as a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Involved in a multi-task environment daily; dependability, professional appearance, ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal relationships and strong organization skills are required.
Must also have a clear, active and valid driver's license.
Candidates with 1
years of heavy-duty / semi-trailer parts experience and 1
years of warehousing experience preferred.
