This is a full-time hourly wage position with the opportunity to earn tips from clients, overtime pay, and to participate in our yearly profit-sharing incentive program.
We provide all necessary tools/equipment and a company van.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to travel to the other markets we serve and stay overnight on occasion in Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greenville SC.
Travel is expected to be 1 overnight stay per week.

years of experience in North Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have:
Trim carpentry skills and the ability to install in a variety of high-end homes where clients have high-end expectations Customer interaction skills to communicate with our clients - both good news and bad Problem-solving, repair, and touch-up skills to make small blemishes disappear A commitment to doing it right - and at a profitable pace Technology skills to interact with mobile phones, iPad tablets, apps, and other software A current driver's license and acceptable driving history Previous experience with window coverings desired, but not required Routinely lift and move items up to 60-pounds Safely operate power tools Job Type:
