Job Information Location:
West Fargo or Bismarck ND; Statesville, NC This position exists to build Bobcat's product and innovation advantage by partnering cross-functionally within the product development process to create exceptional products and improve upon our dynamic line of product offerings.
This includes maximizing gross product revenue and achieving industry-leading customer satisfaction.
The qualified candidate will have:
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Engineering.
Experience Required:
2
years of experience in product development, engineering or market development Travel Required:
10-24% Bobcat (or competitor) product operating and/or development experience.
Experience in conducting, compiling and presenting customer research.
Able to think critically and make data-driven decisions based on product specifications, while acknowledging trade-offs.
Detail oriented; experienced with Excel and other data management systems.
Able to build and foster relationships with a variety of stakeholders, important to the company and its interests.
